Very bad bloody nose to start the day. It took about 2 hours for it to stop. I see the ENT in a couple weeks.

BP = 95/59          HR = 102          O2 = 93%          Glucose = 136

Today was exhausting mentally. Javier had his credit card compromised, and mine was also. No biggie, right? We pay everything via auto pay. So I was combing through bank statements and looking at all the stuff that I haven't been looking at because I can't think right. I am so mentally done. I still don't know which companies I need to change the credit with.

Another morning, another bloody nose. Have you even woken up and there is something in the back of your throat that you can't get up or down? Well, maybe not the throat, maybe the airway, like when you were sick and have that mucus shit that won't go down and won't come up. Well, there it is...

Blood Pressure isn't crazy high, so I don't know why I can't get it to stop :(
